The Good News of Jesus Christ for Thailand
!

Thailand needs Jesus Christ

In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. God the Father presided over all things. God the Spirit hovered above the waters. When God the spoke, the WORD of God, He said let there be light, and there was light.

God created all things but into one creation, man, God breathe into him the breath of life, and man came into being.

God gave man authority over all things, only forbidding him and his wife from eating from the one. They disobeyed and mankind fell as sin entered.

But God has a plan!

God the Father sent Jesus, His only begotten Son the WORD of God, to give His life for us and He willingly gave it on the cross for the salvation of mankind.

If there’s ever one truth that every person on earth needs to hear, it’s this.

Thailand needs the Gospel.

The population of Thailand is about 70 million people in 2022. Of this amount, only 1%, give or take, consider themselves “Christian” according to a 2018 census.

The country is largely Buddhist and you’ll find their national identity, traditions and celebrations deeply rooted in Buddhism.

Islam has a large following in south because of past, historic events.

There are many cults identifying themselves as Christian.

We need to, indeed, every willing heart needs to be willing to share the Good News of Jesus Christ throughout the nation. Those of us who find themselves here, those of us who call ourselves God fearing Christians, should pray for and seek every opportunity to share the word.

In my opinion, Thailand and her people are a lovely people. Hospitality is ingrained in their personality. They are accommodating and willing at times to compromise for the sake of avoiding conflict. They truly deserve to know that God who loves them and has sent His Son to be their saviour if they call upon His name and be faithful.

Let’s us pray and invite the Spirit to lead us and to call His sheep back into the fold.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

AMEN!
